Terms of service

  1. Non-defective goods purchased online may be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the goods are delivered to the customer.
  2. When returning goods, the following conditions must be met:

2.1. The returned item must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
2.2. The item must not have been damaged by the customer.
2.3. The item must be unused and must retain its original appearance, including intact labels, protective films, and other original elements.
2.4. The returned item must include all components and accessories received by the customer. Any gifts received with the purchase must also be returned.

  1. If all of the above conditions are met, please complete a return request and send it to info@bloomystyle.lt.
  2. Once we receive your request, we will contact you within 2 business days to arrange the details of the return.
  3. Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it has not been used, we will issue a refund to your specified bank account within 3 business days.
  4. Defective goods may be returned in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations governing the return and exchange of goods.
